I was so excited to know that you were going to get to celebrate your birthday at school. I knew that they had a wonderful way of celebrating birthdays and decided not to stay and watch. I knew that you would cling to your mommy and not enjoy your birthday. The school sent me pictures later of it all and I just loved this picture of you! The celebration has the birthday child walk around a lit candle that represents the sun while holding the globe to represent the earth. Your teacher talks about the years of your life and it matches with the number of times you walk around the candle. This is just such an amazing picture of you with the globe from your classroom and I just love the fact that you are such a grown up little three year old!
