I have two kids who are at each other all the time lately... so I tried to capture this for the older one, my son.
journaling reads:
My dearest Alex,You are now ten and Sophia is six. And you fight. You two are so close that you know
just what it takes to annoy or aggravate one another. But when you are hurt, or sad, Sophia is the first to run to your aid offering an ice pack or stuffed toy. I can see it in her eyes. I think you can too. So I hope that deep down you know, that no matter how much you two fight, she has always adored you ~ and probably always will... forever.
