This piece was created using APP Magoa, Anna Bonuses February 7th and Framed Masks No 5 A.
I used background paper as the base and also clipped one of them to the mask for the Framed Mask.

Once I had my image clipped (CTRL+ALT+G) I then just added splatter embellishments several times on their own layers and flipped them around via (CTRL+T).
