I started off with the dark solid paper from APP Skys the Limit, and made a mask with on of the transfers, clipped photo on (edited in Lightroom) and applied linear light blending to it. To give the background some more texture I overlaid the solid dark paper with Serentiy paper 2, changed the blending mode mode to vivid light and opacity to 4%. Further transfers were applied to add to the background on the right hand side. The wordart was aded and recoloured.
The multimedia balloon was placed, and then the ribbon bow was extracted and copied to a new layer.the same for the trail of dots. The balloon opacity was then reduced to 44%.
Further aqua and pink elements were added to balance the photo, and a number of brushes were applied to the background to give it some more texture.
