process:
I started with paper6, added Transfer9 and set it to colorburn to get a deeper blue. I used Brush5 and copied it, turned the copy upside down, clipped my picture to it and copied the picture also. the lower brush is set to color burn, the upper one is normal. The bottom picture is set to normal, the upper one to overlay. I added brush 4 and copied it. the first one is underneath the pictures, the other one above it. I added the frame and stuffed a part of the mask and the frame, both on the right side. I added several brushes, an overlay and placed them underneath the pictures. I played with the blendmodes to get more depth and finished my page by adding some elements. TFL!
