Created new 12x12” document and placed artsy paper 4 as my base layer
Added transfer and silver paint to enhance design.
Placed mermaid image then duplicated twice. Applied a bevel and emboss effect to 3rd copy
Placed sea sprinklez (fish) as shown and created wordart.
Positioned the water drops and stitched border and added a LUT to finish my design
