Artsy Bits and Pieces
Actually the whole collection!

I made my photo look more artsy in Photoshop with the artistic Filters! I duplicated the photo and used some Blendmodes to get the vibrant colors.
In a new document I clipped the photo and duplicates of the photo to Artsy Bits and Pieces and to a photomask and to the Out of the box Quote mask. I set them to different Blendmodes. The frame from Out of the box Quote masks came behind the photo. Then I started layering all the Artsy Bits and Pieces in under and over the photo. I made some text with the Impact font and clipped a solid paper to it. Above that came some Artsy Bits and Pieces as well. I cut and paste some splatters to use them separate on the page. I typed the text in the textbox and played with the spacing around my photo! With a Coloroverlay I colored the Urban script Pieces no 1 blue. I copied some stitches to make the stitching a bit longer. I also extracted them with the Color Range to have a copy that I could give a dropshadow.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page a warm photofilter at 10%
