Glows, Splatters
Artsy Paper 4 was placed for the foundation. The watercolor painting was clipped to the grouped FotoBlendz, duplicated and lightened by blending in Screen Mode. Embellished with elements and glows, added word art, overlay, splatters and sprinklez. I searched a while for an appropriate poem about fortune, destiny and hope.
