Started with Artsy Layered Template No. 159
Clipped my photo and an Artsy paper to the clipping Masks
Deleted Several Layers, placed an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Vivacity as my Background
Duplicated my photo, resized and clipped to a transfer
Placed Life WordART, applied the soft light blending mode, duplicated
Added UrbanStitchez Banner
Placed ScriptTease Celebrate Overlays, added color
Finished by adding ArtPlay Palette Vivacity Transfers, Brushes and Elements
