My recipe, Grandma's Secret Sauce, is not very difficult, but more about the story and the memories.

Journaling:
My Grandparents were hard workers, raised in the era of meat and potatoes.
Horses and cows grazed in the fields, fruits and vegetables were home grown.
My favorite meal included Grandmas savory secret sauce...as in deliciously juicy apples!
We kids always helped peel and dice the apples for Grandmas secret recipe.
As I grew older I realized it wasnt really a secret,
it was Sweet & Simple!

Ingredients: a bunch of apples, a bit of water and a dash of cinammon
Steps: Peel, core and dice apples
Place in pot on stove with a little water.
Heat to boiling then simmer until apples are juicy and tender. Approx. 20 min.
(cook longer for creamier applesauce, less for chunky style)
Stir in a dash of cinnamon
