The task this week was list from few points which require you to leave the things that are bothering you, to let them go and just to breathe. After the previous weeks of looking back and scratching into imperfections, which rather removes the paint than to improve the picture, I chose this task because I needed to put an end to it. Here is the place to put a dot. Enough.
With the lovely Spring weather, the easiest way to put an end to the bad thoughts, was to aerate your mind with long walks and afternoons outside. Definitely useful therapy.
Let go of the worries, and the imaginary tragedies that unfold in your mind and just breathe.
Let go of what you thought your life was going to be like and embrace how it has turned out with a great big YES!
Let go of every single notion that you are less than, imperfect, not good enough and accept yourself, finally.
Let go of how the story was supposed to end and trust that this is just the beginning.
Let go of hoping for the ideal and become best friends with what it means to be content.
