I loved the template that FeiFei gave us for her Spotlight challenge this week! I converted it from 12x12 to 8.5x11 - double page.
I used the papers and word art from the 52 Inspirations 2011 - Week 4 kit by Vicki Stegall.
I left some elements from the template freebie (hearts, circles and flowers).
I also recolored the more plain paper that you see on the right side from red to brown ... the patterned circle paper from the kit came in brown (and red, green and blue).
The wordart from the kit is by Sue Cummings and I used it on both pages ... and I took that sentiment in to my journaling:

"Is this the life I imagined? I don't know. The obvious answer is no. I could never have imagined such a wonderful life. I also think that our ability to imagine or hope for our future is in a constant state of change. Therefore, the life I imagine for myself will change an infinite amount of times. However, right now, I am loving the life I have! I've accomplished so much and my future is bright! God has blessed me so much. I have so much to be thankful for. I have a wonderful husband, three wonderful children, a wonderful church, a wonderful house, a wonderful career, wonderful friends, wonderful family, wonderful hobbies and a wonderful life. I am very happy and just love this life that I'm living! I want to live each and every moment to the fullest and keep the whole picture in mind. I don't want to get bogged down in the details. I want to rejoice in this fabulous life that God has given me!"

I made two versions. One with a black and white photo on the left (there are two more on the right) and one with colored photos on the left. The sweater is a blue and it really goes with the blue that was in the kit ... and it sort of matches the blue in the small picture on the right ... but I wonder if I got into a groove in my head and if you step away, it doesn't match ... what do you think?
