What inspires Joanne?
The things that inspire me are truly endless. Living in a place that experiences all four seasons, it's easy for me to be inspired by the changing of the colours, from winter to planting to harvest. Flowers, leaves, pumpkins, snow. I am always inspired by anything nostalgic, such as old photos from my parents' albums or stories my siblings and I share from our childhood. My family is a constant inspiration, the time we spend together, our growth, our adventures, the memories we gather up year after year. One of the things we enjoy most is traveling, and in each of the places we explore, the people, the culture, the sights and sounds, all of these become a part of our identity as a family, shaping our perspective of what is meaningful and important in our life together. Sometimes it's just an ordinary moment on an ordinary day that inspires me most. Those are my favorite moments, as they are so accessible and real and relevant and begging to be used.
