I started with a background paper from Foxeysquirrel and added a floating frame from ViVa Artistry. I clipped a paper from After Midnight Designs to the mask and duplicated it several times with various blend modes. I placed a paint from Vicki Stegall under the mask to make it stand out a bit and then added the rest of the accents, adjusted blend modes as needed. All products linked below in credits.

I love all of the detailed explanation. I love the floating frames...and the blue papers are icy indeed! This is a beautiful page and definitely shows off the 52 Inspirations value!
