Process: I started with the striped background paper, placed a solid paper on top of it and resized it and gave it a shadow.I placed the burst, than the frames and under that my picture. I added the leave, flower and wordart.

There is something so beautiful about classic black and white with touches of red. This is gorgeous. I like the slight angles and layering.
