Ok, there is a story behind this page.
My son will turn 21 in december! And every year, from his birth I wrote him a few words in a book (sort of diary, that has now gone digital). This year will be the last time (as he turns 21 and you gotta stop at one time, right?).

So here I try and translate the journaling:

Twenty one years! My last words in this book of Nicky. Now I can make a photo book of it as the original book turned up to be a bit messy over the years. This picture was taken a while ago, somewhere in the beginning of 2009 and you were having a tattoo set of which I knew nothing about! I was quite shocked when you came home with it. But you know what, I kinda like it. It suites you well. A tough guy! My tough guy now of 21 years old. With this last page I say goodbye to my little child Nicky and say hello to the grown up child Nick. But you will always be my child you know. Remember my first words in this book? Your excitens always was, is and forever will be the most beautiful and important thing in my life. Happy Birthday Nick. For every day in your long life I wish you happines, love and health. I love you. Mom xxx
