My beautiful little granddaughter when she was 3 (but she still is very much the boss lady and self starter at 6). here is the journaling;

Granddaughter Sarah is definitely a self-starter. She tells Daddy that she wants waffles then dons her apron and chef’s hat, gets her stool and all the supplies and gets to work on making the batter. Daddy still doesn’t know how she’s able to get the ingredients from the top shelf of the pantry
(I personally think she climbs up the shelves) . She also sets the table like Grammy has shown her (they normally don’t use napkins which flabbergasts me) and Daddy does the rest.
