Another great week of Blue Apron new meals. It takes a lot of prep and uses a lot of dishes but I love the finished meals so more than willing to do it.

I am always drawn to these pages to see what's cooking! I agree about the prep--I have a feeling the BA people think that is "fun" or part of the experience, and I know my son and DIL do enjoy that part of the process. But where I am now in life, I would really prefer everything prepped for me! (I finally rebelled against zesting with my little microplane and bought Penzey's lemon zest in a jar.)

I'm with you on the prep and clean up! My hubby follows behind me as the clean up crew now. I've only had one meal that I didn't like. Nice balance and color on the page!

I don't mind prepping, it's the clean up afterwards that I can't stand. But I only like cooking on my days off, not during my work days. Again, such a wonderfully put together page worthy of a cookbook.
