Our final search for the day before dinner and hotel was to find flamingos. We spotted them in another pond this one on a golf course. We could not get close as we are not members LOL but that is why we have binoculars

Love the colors and I can see the flamingos way in the distance! We visited Flamingo National Park last year, but flamingos aren't indigenous to the area!

I looked at this quickly at first...and at first glace noticed the casserole at the right...so my imagination went...FLAMINGOS! Whew! Glad that wasn't the case! We've travelled a lot in Iceland and I still can't deal with puffins and whales, and seals, on the menu. In Iceland, I am a vegetarian.
