The day started with a driving rain storm however the Kirtland's warblers made their appearances and it was awesome. The photo of the warbler is from the Silbey Birds app.

Wonderful the way the background moves from stormy dark to a clearer blue. The bottom portion of the page delights, love the photo of the storm clouds and the sun breaking through and also the scratched texture which gives the feel of sheets of rain.

perfect background...and my sister would have loved to have gone on the trip with you...she was quite the bird lover! This made me think of her...
