Journaling:
Ive been trying to remember when first I saw the Golden Gate Bridge. I dont remember the exact moment, but I remember the trip and the circumstances. It was perhaps my first business trip with IBM, must have been about 1982 or 84, and I drove up with one of my colleagues, that pretty southern girl, I dont
remember her name. We drove over the bridge and I think we stopped at the north view point. I didnt have a camera, and of course this was long before cell phones. We drove into Muir Woods along 1, but it was early in the year and stormy, so when we stopped at a little inn, they said they were not serving any food that day. We headed back south and stopped in Mill Valley for some Mexican food. I got food
poisoning that night. I have not forgiven Mill Valley, I have never stopped there since.

Certainly the current love starts with Megan. Remember all those trips in the summer of 2004? Even though those all brought me downtown, thats when it began. When Lisa & Natalie were here in 2013, I remember how excited Nat was to get pictures of the bridge. And thats when I first noticed people biking over the bridge, something we would do shortly thereafter and again on Tods birthday in 2014. Almost all the more recent pictures are all thanks to Cher, oblivious of the span, only aware of the soft sand beneath her paws, the lapping waves, the ducks, the sticks, the pinecones, the crab parts, the fresh sea air, the other dogs.
I like this bouquet in the foreground in contrast with this sky uniformly blue!it's wonderful !

Not a view of the bridge I've seen before, but wonderful. Love the journaling. My first view of the bridge was also on a trip to Muir woods.

gorgeous. simply gorgeous. love the contrast of the flowers with bridge too.

I love this page, the blending and the colors of the photo are gorgeous, howe great you've see the bridge in real!

What a wonderful story. My heart, too, is there...as the song says. I am amazed at how many views there are of this icon. I never tire of seeing it. What a gorgeous page.

Fantastic photo with the Golden Gate in the background! Wonderful journaling and pages!

So beautiful! Lovely blending and I love the little elements you added to your stunning page!

Love the orientation of your camera when you grabbed the main shot. Terrific journaling--you've got some real history with the GGB.
