This is going to be a wonderful album of your trip! Love strudel and will take it with any kind of fruit, but my German aunt always made it with plums!

LOL glad you're back in the swing of things--nothing feels so good as a finished project! That happens with me on travel albums, too...I am still plugging away on Alaska. I know how you feel about streudel because I have the same reaction to microbreweries--they were EVERYWHERE in Alaska and I have no intention of ever crafting my own brew.
