(PS - Angela, I am waiting for our Welsh Cakes to come in the mail.. I should get them on Thursday as we ordered them... Had them in Cardiff at Fabulous Welsh Cakes and they were fantastic... Lava bread, not so much and Bara Brith was yummy too!!! )

Next time you in Cardiff, go to the Arcade across from the castle. As soon as you walk in, on the left is a store called Fabulous Welsh Cakes and they are making them right there. Had I known at the time I would have gotten more than 6 LOL.. we got the classic with currants (3) and then chocolate chip (3) ones. I need to find a really good recipe to make them here in the US Hugs!
Wonderful border! I especially like how the round white balls look with your snowman. All that talk of Welsh cakes is making me hungry, lol. I remember how yummy they were when I had them years ago in Wales.
