ArtPlay Palette Luidiosis (Circle1)

A new background was opened, sp4 is the foundation. Brought in various ALT transfers, APP Transfers, flourish, stains/splatters to create the scene. The Ludiosis circle was added beneath all these layers at 48% opacity. Placed the birds transfer adding a low level drop shadow. WordART pieces from set 3 and orange circle beads created the wordART group.
